The Campground
Camping Rimouski & Motel de l’Anse is a private company at its customers’ service. Located near Rimouski downtown and the Bic park, it’s the perfect place for your stay in Lower St. Lawrence. Beautiful land that offers a breathtaking view of the river and its legendary sunsets.
The Campgrounds are made up of 4 separate campsites:
Sites A & B are closest to the entrance, near the games room and laundry facilities. A sunny site, and easy to access. For all sizes of RVs. 30-50 amps available.
Site D occupies the middle portion of the grounds. Along with a playground (set apart from the campsite), it has a rustic atmosphere enhanced by a mini-farm and Old West-style wagon. This site has three sections:
Wooded area reserved for tents (with services/on raised wood platforms of grassy lots)
Area reserved for tent-trailers and small Westfalia-type vehicles.
Site E sits on higher ground with a scenic view of the river; several large pull-throughs of 30-50 amps are ideal for large RVs.
Site C is set back from the road, wooded, and reserved for tents (without services).

These rates are based on 4 people and one vehicle. There is a $5 surcharge per additional person and a $5 surcharge per additional vehicle, subject to availability. Only one recreational vehicle is permitted per site, and there is a limit of one vehicle per site. An additional tent may be added for a $20 surcharge, depending on availability and the specific campsite. Showers are available at a rate of $0.25 per 2 minutes of water. Taxes are extra.
Rules
Speed limit: maximum 8 km/hour on the site.
One recreational vehicle per site + 1 car or truck. For an additional tent on all types of terrain, a $20 fee will be applied. Note that there is not enough space on all sites.
Vehicle washing: is prohibited.
Garbage: garbage and recycling must be disposed of in the appropriate containers. It is forbidden to discard or burn garbage in fire pits.
Important! Visitors must register at the office before entering the grounds. Fees may apply.
To preserve the capacity of our electrical grid, electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the campground. Charging stations are available just a few minutes away in Le Bic and Rimouski. Thank you for your understanding.
Arrival: from 1 pm and before the closing of the reception. Campers planning to arrive after closing hours must make arrangements with the management beforehand.
Campfires authorized in designated fire pits only. A fire must never be left unattended and must be extinguished by curfew. No wood from outside will be tolerated. It is forbidden to taking or cutting wood in the forest. Spark arrestor closed. Wood and kindling paper are on sale for $ 10 at reception.
Departure: The camp site must be vacated for 11 a.m. and kept clean.
*Animals must be leashed at all times. Droppings must be picked up and disposed of. Animals must never be left unattended. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. *Forbidden in the motel and community room.
Curfew: 11:00 p.m. No noise will be tolerated until sunrise.
