Terms and conditions
Camping only
An initial deposit equivalent to the first night’s rate is required when booking. In the event of cancellation, you must notify us more than 6 days before the arrival date (e.g. arrival on September 20, therefore 20-6 = 14). According to the example, September 14 would therefore be the last day for us to only keep the reservation fees, which are non-refundable, as well as the cancellation fees which are $15. Everything will be taken from the deposit you made when booking and the balance of the amount will be refunded to you. From the 5th day before arrival, for example September 15, we will be required to keep the entire deposit. Regarding the withdrawal of nights, you have until 4 days before the arrival date to make the changes free of charge (ex: arrival September 20, 20-4 = 16, September 16 would be the last day to make modifications at no cost). From 3 days before arrival, i.e. September 17 according to the example, we will be obliged to keep the amount equivalent to the night(s). A customer who does not show up on the scheduled arrival date and who has not given notice will have their reservation canceled. Think about other campers who may not have a place to stay overnight if it’s busy.
Motel only

According to the example, September 13 would therefore be the last day for us to only keep the reservation fees, which are non-refundable, as well as the cancellation fees which are $40. Everything will be taken from the deposit you made when booking and the balance of the amount will be refunded to you. From the 6th day before arrival, for example September 14, we will be required to keep the entire deposit. Regarding the withdrawal of nights, you have up to 6 days before the arrival date to make the changes free of charge (ex: arrival September 20, 20-6 = 14, September 14 would be the last day to make modifications at no cost). From 4 days before arrival, i.e. September 15 according to the example, we will be obliged to keep the amount equivalent to the night(s).
